The ways to improve the battery life of an Android

One of the main concerns every android user has is regarding the battery life of their device. Most people prefer android which has the longest battery life which enables them to use the device throughout the day without worrying about charging it again and again. There are various ways in which the battery life can be extended or improved. Using the task killers to increase battery life is all part of a myth and doesn’t work. Some of the ways are as follows:

Checking the battery usage:
All android users need to check which applications are running in the background and eating up the battery continuously. Once the user is aware of this he or she can easily limit the use and operations of those applications and enhance the battery life.

Checking the battery optimization settings:
It is also important to check the optimization settings of the android device, as all the newer versions of android such as Oreo, Nougat, and Marshmallow have default settings that can be changed and customized by the users as per their requirements. The optimizations settings can be reached by clicking on the Settings menu and then selecting Battery.

Disconnecting the wireless networks:
The users should disable wireless networks when they are not required to increase their battery life.

Checking the notification settings:
The notification settings should also be checked. Most of the applications use the Push Notifications which use a lot of battery therefore, the setting for the notification should be non-push.

Selecting the sleep mode for notifications:
The settings of the notification should be put to the sleep mode while the phone is not being actively used so that more battery can be saved.

Avoid extreme temperatures:
Extreme temperatures also affect battery life therefore, the devices should be kept away from such temperature.

By following the above-mentioned methods the life of the battery of an android can easily be increased.
